Crowm99 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and Crowm99 (hereinafter "Crowm99", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Crowm99 website located at https://crowm99.cam and all related services, features, and content provided therein.

Crowm99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. Our platform offers live casino games, slot games, sports betting (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC), and associated promotional services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Crowm99.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Crowm99 platform, used to access services, manage funds, and engage in gaming activities.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, welcome package, or loyalty scheme, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds from a Player's personal payment method into their Crowm99 Account balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the Crowm99 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated digital services available at https://crowm99.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which use of the Crowm99 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Crowm99 platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to Crowm99.

To register and maintain an active account on Crowm99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Crowm99 operates a strict minimum age policy for all casino and sports betting activities. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate entities, automated bots, and proxy accounts are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Crowm99 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Crowm99 platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account suspension.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Crowm99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Any change in personal details (including contact information and payment method ownership) must be reported to Crowm99 support promptly.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Crowm99 immediately.
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by, or shared with, any third party, including family members, unless expressly permitted under a specific joint account arrangement (which Crowm99 does not currently offer).

Crowm99 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security. Crowm99 shall not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to implement available security measures.

Crowm99 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless made via cryptocurrency, in which case conversion to MYR occurs at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Crowm99 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds where the source cannot be verified or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure financial compliance.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money component of your balance is available for withdrawal while a bonus is active.
• Crowm99 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 60 minutes during normal operating hours. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically complete within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes.
• Crowm99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.

By using the Crowm99 platform, you agree to the following behavioural and operational standards:

• You will use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform in ways not approved by Crowm99.
• You will not attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or game outcome on the platform.
• You will not engage in collusion with other Players, coordinate betting strategies intended to guarantee profits, or participate in any form of match-fixing or insider betting.
• You will not use the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Crowm99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
• You acknowledge that the outcomes of all casino games and slot titles are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system and that all results are genuinely random and not manipulable.
• You will not make or attempt to make any chargeback requests for legitimate transactions made on the platform. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

Crowm99 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it reasonably suspects of violating these Terms. During any investigation, affected funds may be frozen pending resolution. Players will be notified of the commencement of an investigation and given reasonable opportunity to respond.

Crowm99 offers various promotions and bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms. Common multipliers range from 10x to 35x of the bonus amount.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the specified promotional window, and wagering requirements not completed within the bonus validity period, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days.
• Maximum Bet: While any bonus is active in your account, the maximum single bet or stake per round is MYR 500, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10–20%. Live casino games may have reduced contribution rates. Specific contribution tables are available upon request from customer support.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus in their account at any given time. Opting in to a new promotion while an existing bonus is active is not permitted unless Crowm99 expressly states otherwise.
• Abuse and Misuse: Crowm99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional offers, or coordinated bonus farming activity.

Crowm99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a vehicle for generating income. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented a number of tools and measures to support responsible play.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration reminders to help manage their time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Player may request a self-exclusion period (ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion) by contacting Crowm99 customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be suspended and the Player will be prevented from creating new accounts.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate regular pop-up notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session and their net win/loss position.
• Minor Protection: Crowm99 prohibits access to the platform by any individual under 21 years of age. Players are encouraged to use parental control software if there is a risk of minors accessing their devices.

All content on the Crowm99 platform — including but not limited to website design, software code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Crowm99 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from Crowm99.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code on the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software on the platform.
• Use any Crowm99 trademark, logo, or brand identity in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised use of Crowm99's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. Crowm99 will actively enforce its intellectual property rights through all available legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crowm99, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network infrastructure.
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties who gain unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• Game outcomes, including jackpot results, RNG decisions, or sports betting results, where the platform has operated as intended.

Crowm99's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Crowm99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargebacks, or other financial crimes.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or coordination with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abuse of promotional offers, bonus farming, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Reasonable suspicion that a Player is a minor (under 21 years of age).
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gambling programme.

Upon termination for cause, Crowm99 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect the Player's right to withdraw any verified real-money balance.

Crowm99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised upon each amendment.
• Your continued use of the Crowm99 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact customer support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

Crowm99 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://crowm99.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crowm99 is registered and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Crowm99, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact Crowm99 customer support and provide full details of the complaint. Crowm99 will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, the Player may escalate the matter to Crowm99's formal complaints process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. A formal response will be provided within ten (10) business days.
3. Arbitration: Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the formal process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent Crowm99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of its rights.
